ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Terrell A. Pitts wrote Purpose Override from a personal place—not because he has always known his purpose, but because he knows what it feels like to allow fear, failure, doubt, setbacks, and life's pressures to get in the way of what God has placed inside of him.

Through his experiences as a fashion designer, construction worker, musician, mental health profession, professional driver, ministry worker, mentoring, and serving others, Terrell discovered a powerful truth rooted in Genesis 1: we were created in the image of God to reflect His nature.

As God creates, sustains, plans, and cares, He has placed within humanity the capacity to do the same.
